List of calls

The challenges undertaken by Mercator Ocean for the development of operational oceanography in Europe always surpass the resources of the company itself and can only be achieved through partnerships.

The new missions assigned to it by the European Union will therefore be undertaken through comprehensive, open and transparent networking, by entrusting the development of services to expert partners from all backgrounds: the private sector, research institutions or public service operators.

The delegation agreement is between the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and Mercator Ocean for setting-up the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service, led Mercator Ocean to issue a range of calls for tender to create the necessary strong network of partners. Mercator Ocean is a France-based organization, therefore follows local regulations for contracts.

This web page will provide links to the Official Journal of the European Union where our current calls for tender are published, as well as our tenders tool MarchéOnline. You will find the links below.
