Global Ocean Observing System

MOi is a member of GOOS and EuroGOOS. The Director-General of MOi, Pierre Bahurel is the Chairperson of the Expert Team on Operational Ocean Forecasting System (ETOOFS) a GOOS component supported by the IOC-UNESCO.
