Mercator Océan International est à la recherche d’une entreprise de communications professionnelle pour élaborer et mettre en oeuvre un plan stratégique de communication d’entreprise ainsi que soutenir les communications internes. L’objectif est d’améliorer la visibilité mondiale de Mercator Ocean International, de renforcer l’engagement des parties prenantes et de promouvoir le rôle de Mercator Ocean International en tant que leader de la prévision océanique et des solutions océaniques numériques. Le candidat sélectionné collaborera étroitement avec l’équipe de communication de Mercator Ocean International pour fournir des communications percutantes et de haute qualité qui s’alignent sur les objectifs institutionnels de Mercator Ocean International et élèveront sa présence dans sa communauté parmi les médias grand public et parmi les décideurs politiques. Le périmètre comprend la création de contenu et la publication d’articles, des services de relations presse robustes et à fort impact, la gestion des médias sociaux, la promotion et la couverture d’événements et d’étapes marquantes, la production de newsletters externes et les services de visualisation graphique et de données. Ces services visent à améliorer la visibilité et à soutenir la promotion de la marque Mercator Océan International. Le périmètre comprend également le support aux communications internes, y compris la création de contenu éditorial et la publication sur l’intranet, ainsi que le support à la création et à la diffusion d’une newsletter interne.

Mercator Ocean International is seeking a professional communications company to develop and implement a strategic corporate communications plan as well as support internal communications. The objective is to enhance Mercator Ocean International global visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and promote Mercator Ocean International role as a leader in ocean forecasting and digital ocean solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Mercator Ocean International communication team to deliver impactful, high-quality communications that align with Mercator Ocean International institutional goals and elevate its presence in its community among the mainstream media and amongst policy and decision makers.

This document outlines the technical, management, contractual, and financial requirements for Mercator Ocean’s corporate communications. The scope includes content creation and publication of articles, robust and highly impactful press relations services, social media management, promotion and coverage of events and milestones, external newsletter production, and graphical and data visualization services. These services aim to enhance the visibility and support the promotion of Mercator Ocean International’s brand. The scope also includes support to internal communications including editorial content creation and posting on the intranet and support in the creation and distribution of the internal newsletter.
