La tâche consiste à développer les études de cas de la chaîne de valeur de l’OT de EU4OceanObs.
Les études de cas serviront à mettre en évidence la contribution de l’Union européenne tout au long de la chaîne de valeur de l’observation des océans, de l’observation par satellite et in situ, aux services de surveillance et de prévision, à l’accès aux données et aux services cloud, aux applications marines et côtières. À l’aide d’exemples concrets de projets, de services et d’initiatives paneuropéens, les études de cas devront explorer les bonnes pratiques afin de sensibiliser au rôle essentiel des observations océaniques et côtières pour répondre aux défis sociétaux. Les études de cas devront identifier les lacunes en matière d’observation, de surveillance et de prévision, ainsi que d’accès aux données, et proposer des recommandations pour y remédier.

The task is to develop EU4OceanObs EO Value Chain Case Studies.
The case studies will serve to highlight the European Union contribution along the ocean observing value chain, from satellite and in situ observation, to monitoring and forecasting services, to data access and cloud services, to marine and coastal applications. With concrete examples of pan-European projects, services, and initiatives, the case studies should explore good practices to raise awareness for the essential role of the ocean and coastal observations in responding to societal challenges. The case studies should identify gaps in observation, monitoring and forecasting, and data access, and put forward recommendations
